CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Rachel Graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor in Science and History and is an entrepreneur creating and running two successful small businesses. She has a love for remodeling and construction. She can run a business on a tight budget and make sure every penny is spent well.

She is the current CEO of Emergency Services & Consulting Group Inc. which has clients like Charter Communications, Vertiv Corp, BMW, and many more.

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

With over a decade of experience in software development, project management, and operations, Angie, MBA, has led high-impact initiatives across sectors including cruise, aviation, healthcare, insurance, and higher education. As Chief Operating Officer, she ensures milestones are met on time, budgets are properly managed, progress is tracked, and projects are seen through to completion. Known for operational excellence and strategic leadership, Angie drives continuous improvement and business alignment at scale.

PHYSICIST

Ben brings a strong foundation in physics and mathematics to Adiabatic Cooling, with a specialization in statistical mechanics and a longstanding fascination with the physical principles behind ultra-low temperature systems. His work supports the company’s mission to push the boundaries of quantum cooling through rigorous modeling and a systems-level understanding of complex thermal dynamics.

In addition to his academic background, Ben has hands-on experience in startups and small businesses, contributing both technical insight and an appreciation for the practical realities of building new technology in fast-paced environments.

When he’s not thinking about entropy, you’ll likely find him catching live music, rock climbing, or travelling somewhere off the beaten path.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Jason Turner is a seasoned engineering professional with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and over two decades of experience in telecommunications, data centers, and infrastructure design. He currently leads projects focused on business development, engineering design, and project execution across AC/DC power systems, HVAC, and critical infrastructure. With a strong background in managing large-scale datacenter builds, alarm remediation, and environmental systems, Jason brings a proven ability to deliver complex technical solutions from concept through completion. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, playing pool, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers at football games and tailgates. He is a proud father of two — a daughter entering her final year of high school and a son graduating from college this year.

P.E. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Martin Hill is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Control Systems from Clemson University. For his master’s thesis, Martin developed a pioneering 3D printer for cell research, focusing on advancing breast cancer studies.

After graduation, Martin began his career with the U.S. Department of Defense as an Electronics Engineer for the Navy in Charleston, South Carolina. He then spent a decade at Duke Energy, serving eight years as an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer at Oconee Nuclear Station and two years as the Capacity Planning Engineer for Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties in the Upstate of South Carolina.

For the past two years, Martin has continued to support Oconee Nuclear Station as an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer with Zachry Nuclear.

Outside of work, Martin enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors—whether hiking the scenic trails of the Upstate or hunting. He’s also passionate about electronics projects, from coding and designing PCBs to integrating software with hardware. At home, he runs a small hobby farm with goats, chickens, ducks, two dogs, and three cats.

Craig Myers holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering but Mechanical is his passion. There is not a machine he can't take apart and re-engineer to run better! His hands on appraoch and forward deployment attitude makes him a must have on our team! As we approach complexe mechanics and quantum mechanics he is the guy to solve issues that will arise.
